At Hometown Monument Care LLC, we aim to provide high-quality headstone and monument services. This payment and refund policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Payment Requirements

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

Alternatively, a 50% deposit may be paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the start of service.

Accepted payment methods include Square, cash, or check.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no additional fee.

Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the service cost (less any payment transaction fees).

Same-day cancellations are eligible for a refund of the service cost (less any payment transaction fees) but are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Refunds for scheduled services (less any payment transaction fees) will be issued for cancellations requested at any time pursuant to the cancellation policy in section 2.

A $25 fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Refunds for services that have already begun or been completed are not provided.

4. Special Circumstances

If Hometown Monument Care LLC must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, extreme weather, or other uncontrollable factors), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Any additional fees for extended travel, special arrangements, or custom work will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to service.
